Serves 4
Prep time 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 1 cup of seltzer
- Ice
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a shaker, shake well and strain
- Pour over ice
- Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of thyme
